Jay Talk Nine (JTN) is now hiring full-time Delivery Drivers we currently are partners with a $100M+ parcel network delivery company. We are seeking customer service-oriented candidates who enjoy working outside of an office, and performing physical tasks Responsibilities: Local deliveries of packages Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with professionalism and courtesy Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.

Job Duties:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no current suspensions) 
• At least 21 years old 
• Working smart phone required for package delivery app
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 

As a Tax assistant you will handle incoming and outgoing communication with customers,  and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. The ability to respond to customer complaints and handle conflict in a professional and effective manner is essential. 

Job Duties:

• Informing clients or employers on the tax preparation process

• Collecting relevant financial records, including pay stubs and income statements

• Inputting data from financial records into tax return software or databases

• Using applicable federal, state and local tax law to determine deductions and how much each client will pay or earn on the return

• Completing and filing tax documents with appropriate agencies, like the IRS, state and local government entities

• Acting as a representative for clients with applicable agencies as required

• Building customer relationships to promote and expand the business
